When do I get my reservation confirmation?

When you make the reservation, you will receive a message informing you your reservation is in the fase of processing. The reservation is confirmed only when you receive the confirmation e-mail.

You can create your personal account for free, therefore we will keep your data and use them in your favour.

Where can I find the driver?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point holding the board with your name written on it. Ideally would be; you provide us your cell phone number in order for our driver to be able to be in contact with you during the pick up.

When do I pay my transfer?

Our driver will accept only cash. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit card you have to pay in advance.

Do you have Waiting time policy?

Yes, up to 1 hour after the flight/ferry/bus/train arrival and 15 minutes if the departure is from your home/office/hotel ect.

What if my flight is in delay?

The driver is informed about your flight details at any time and he will pick you up in time.

What if I got late at my flight?

In that case we ask you to contact us in order to agree about new term of transfer, otherwise our driver will have to wait and we will have to charge you the cost.

Yes. You can request it required, it is free of charge.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You should inform us about the cancellation at least 24 hours before reserved transfer.

Do you charge for additional luggage?

We do not charge additional luggage, but you should list it in the reservation notes in order to provide appropriate vehicle.

Am I insured during the transfer?

You are insured during the transfer with Transpress, but we recommend additional travel insurance during your complete travel.
